Greetings, I just learned today that my ancestor Anders Borg was born as Anders Johansson in Hycklinge Parish on 12/28/1807. He relocated to Norra Vi in 1824 as Johansson and married Sara Maja Israelsdotter as Borg on 10/17/1828 in Norra Vi Parish. I assume that Borg was a soldier name that he carried even after leaving the military. Any help in finding the names of Ander's parents and any siblings would be greatly appreciated.
