Hello Kjell!
Thank you for the names of the witnesses. I see there is the prefix of Fru & jungf (Mrs. & Miss) I believe. I asume this pertains to women of German extraction, as does Herr for the males. I have noticed this on occassion while looking through the Swedish records; there must have been a fair mixing of Germans in Sweden (unless I am wrong :-) yet again). To me, these names don't seem to hold any clues except perhaps Nils Israelsson i Bårsbo. He could be a possible son of Israel Israelsson. I am now trying to find information on Gustaf Jonsson (brother to Jonas). Hopefully soon I will be able to get to a point that I can go back to the Genlline records to find everyone's children & etc. My main goal is to eventually find living relatives.
