Hej, Margaret! Thank you! The information about the house is very helpful. Whatever the arrangement was between them, I think it was friendly, because Karl Erik's oldest daughter Anna lived with Carolina and the younger children. The youngest daughter, Carolina Elinda, was my grandmother. When her mother died, she moved to the house at Öna and she loved living there. She always said her older brother and sisters were very good to her, and she kept in touch with them all her life. Thank you again for all your help!
