I apologize for not corresponding in Swedish, but I am writing from Canada. I have been researching my family history for about 4 years now. In the last few months, I have been able to access Swedish church records through Genline, and have been able to begin to document the family of my Swedish grandmother, Walborg Helfrida Fogelgren.
Helfrida was born in Stockholm, but her father's father, Johannes Svensson (b.1819),was from Roo village in Mellby, Lagarretorp farm. His parents were Sven Larsson and Britta Larsdotter.
I am looking for others who are researching this line in order to share information. I have information from Swedish church records as well as information about immigrants to North America. Please contact me if you are interested in sharing information! Also, I am planning a trip to Sweden and will be around Lidköping from August 27th to August 29th. I am interested in seeing the farm, or what is left of it, if anyone can help!
