Hello: I would greatly appreciate help regarding Alida Josefina Andersdotter b. 10 Aug 1886, in Barne-Åsaka, Skaraborg. Her parents are Anders Johansson b. 21 Nov 1840 at Stora Flöttorp, Barne Åsaka, Västra Götaland. Anders died 10 Oct 1887. Anders wife is Kristina Johansdotter b. 26 Nov 1847 at Stomsbotten, Barne Åsaka, Västra Götaland. Mother Kristina died 17 Mar 1931 at Lokulla. I understand Alida disappeared from the farm in about 1900. Could anyone tell me what happened to her? Did she marry in Sweden? Alida emigrated to the United States--could anyone find that date, please? Her older sisters, Selma (b. 24 Apr 1879) and Amanda (b. 24 Nov. 1881) emigrated together to the U.S. in 1901 on the ship Rollo. I greatly appreciate any help and information you can provide. Also, Amanda disappears after she gets to the United States...did she return to Sweden? Thank you, Yvonne Morehouse
