A son, named Anders Emil was born 6 Oct. 1866 in Västra Fågelvik or Homedal to Erik Englebretson and his wife, Mariane Andersdotter. They moved to one of the Sloreby farms in Norway. Anders was confirmed in Øymark church on 9 Oct. 1881. When the parents and younger children emigrated to the US in 1882, Anders is not listed with the family. He would have been the half sister to Maria Eriksdotter who married and stayed in Holmedal, I think. The information about her is listed on a query of mine on the Holmedal parish page. Does anyone have a clue as to Anders possibly staying in Sweden, too, or Norway?
