sorry for not translating the term. A backstuga can be translated with side-cottage, and sittare with dweller. The Swedish dotter is daughter. So Lovisa Ulrika was the daughter of a side-cottage dweller (or rather, her father was a side-cottage dweller at the time of her emigration.
