Clyde! It took quite some time to find something about Johannes. It seems to be no entry in birthbook for him. And as you can see the old records says his birth was April 13 1812. However I could follow his movements and did find the family all way back to Nor AI:5 1811-1815. As it happens I live east of Karlstad - and about 3 km south of Gunnerud. My daughter with family lives on the other side of Karlstad - close to the church in Nor parish. So it's a small world!!
