Dear Nancy, I am sorry that I didn't se your question in Anbytarforum until the other day because I know who the parents of Jacob Jacobsson were. His father was Jacob Johansson Spångberg, tailor. Born 17/1 1732, dead 10/4 1801 from tuberculosis. He was, as far as I can understand, the founder of the farm Jacobsberg. Jacobserg still exists and was at least 20 years ago inhabited by Jacob Spångberg's descendants. Jacob Spångberg's wife was Anna Pehrsdotter, born 14/11 1731. They married in Gåsinge 29/9 1755. Sockenskräddaren Jacob Johansson Spångberg och pigan Anna Pehrsdotter på Afla ägor Anna Pehrsdotter's parents were the tailor Pehr Jonsson and his wife Maria Gustafsdotter. They married in Gåsinge 29/9 1730. She was from Damlöt. .
