Anders Åhlin Sr was a hunter and a forester/ranger employed by the royal court, first at Djurgården in Stockholm and then, from 1868 until his death 28 April 1876, at Ulriksdal palace in Solna, just outside (northwest of) Stockholm.

Anders Åhlin Jr is listed with the family in the 1868 population/tax register, when they lived at Tegeludden in Djurgården (Hedvig Eleonora parish). I have not found them were I expected - neither in the non-territorial Hovförsamlingen (the parish of the royal court and its employees), nor in Hedvig Eleonora (from where they moved to Solna according to Solna records).

Anders Åhlin Sr, his wife and daughter moved to Solna - I have not searched the whereabouts of his son after 1868. Hilda Amalia Åhlin was married 15 June 1881 to Karl Jakob Viktor Andersson b. 20 Dec 1858 in Västerfärnebo, Västmanland county. Kristina Lovisa Åhlin/Holmgren died 12 Dec 1884 at Ulriksdal. Her daughter and son-in-law moved to Adolf Fredrik, Stockholm, 17 Oct 1890. Hilda Amalia died 19 Jan 1904 in S:t Göran parish, Stockholm. Her husband and their son Viktor Emanuel (b. 28 April 1891 in Klara, Stockholm) lived in Sollentuna since 1902, where KJV Andersson was a railroad clerk.
