Yes, that is the correct Johannes Largus Teodor PALMQVIST, poliskonstapel. On 1885 October 30 he married Aqvilina Matilda Elizabet LINDQVIST.  They lived in several places in Stockholm stad, moved to Västerås Domkyrko., Västmanlands län, then in 1903 emigrated from Sweden to Canada.
 
I am also interested in any information on the police force at that time.
