Your dates on the persons are wrong. Regarding the CD Söder (a part of Stockholm) I found the family.
Philip Alfred Strömberg born 1.11.1835, Linköpings Domkyrko, Östergötlands county. He died 23,4,1901 living at Lilla Skinnarviskgränd. He was a Sergeant Wife Maria Lovisa Carlsson born 13.2.1844 no exact birthplace. She died 20.7.18898 living at Götgatan 41. Children Carl Philip Strömberg born 21.12.1863 Stockholm Domkyrko, Stockholm City. Died 19.1.1905 living at Lilla Skinnarviksgränd 32 Anna Rosalie Maria Strömberg born 13.2.1866 Hedvig Eleonora, Stockholms City. Moved to Artilleriroten (parish) 14.1.1896 and was unmarried. Amanda Constansia Strömberg born 30.4.1868 Hedvig Eleonora, Stockholms City. Moved to Storkyrkoroten (parish) 19.11.1909 and was unmarried.
Carl Philip 21.12.1863 married 17.1.1886 to Hulda Malvina Kristina Lindelöf born 3.11.1852 Kungsholms, Stockholm City. died 21.10.1925 living at Hornsgatan 85.
