Leonard, Peter Otto's mother Maria Catharina (Katarina) Krantz dies in Hässleby parish in 1908, on 4 November, she is stated to be a widow in Gäddegöl (source Hässleby death book 1905-1914, volume CI:8, number 1908:27).
She is stated to be recorded at page 82 of the parish book - which is not available online. But the death book states that she actually died in Frösö in Jämtlands county (and province) which is in the north of Sweden. But as she is still written in the parish of Hässleby, she did not move permanentely to Frösö (so please don't ask under that parish heading, as an advice - those books are not available online and as she didn't move there permanentely she would probably only be recorded in the death book).
You should ask the Regional Archives in Vadstena, that keep Hässleby parish books about here whereabouts from 1896 to 1908 (e-mail folkbokforingen@landsarkivet-vadstena.ra.se). I was able to follow her until 1896, in Hässleby, living with children Stina Karin born 1847, Anders Johan born 1854 and Hanna Maria born 1862. Maria Katarina and Stina Karin are indicated to be transferred to the new book which begins in 1897 and either at page 291 or 90.
