Hello,
I have kind of a problem with one of my Swedish ancestors, Marta Jonasdotter, who lived in Södra Sandsjö.
My ancestor had an illegitemate son Carl Carlsson (my 3rd Great grandfater) who was born 5 Dec 1806 in Södra Sandsjö. I have never been able to find a marriage for her. I do find a Marta Jonasdotter who dies in Södra Sandsjö 24 Aug 1859. The one who dies in Södra Sandsjö was born 5 August 1768 in Nöbbele. She was listed as a widow when she died. There is another Marta Jonasdotter who was born in Södra Sandsjö 6 Mar 1769. A couple of other people have also worked on this line and submitted their information to Disbyt. They have gotten the two people mixed together and have the one born in 1769 listed as dying in 1859. That is a mistake. I have not been able to determine which Marta Jonasdotter that was the mother of Carl Carlsson and wonder if there are anyone who have any idea about how to figure it out.
