Some quick answers: I have no idea if Johannes survived, since I have not found the family after his birth.
Bredstorpsstugan is sadly missing in the 1769-1788 hfl. The farm Bredstorp is mentioned, but only for the later part of the period.
Sågen and Moen are cottages, but I have not the detailed knowledge of Linderås to say where they lay. Perhaps a question in the Linderås discussion might help?
