Småland Säby Säby C:3 (1695-1760) sid 328v SVAR, 329a AD; Inflyttning 1723; last two lines, left hand column Anders Zachrisson and his wife Karin Jönsdotter moved into Slätås, Säby in 1723. (corner broken off) An earlier filming (1954) shows what appears to be either an umlaut or adjacent ii or ij before the long letter. Can anyone identify this place and does anyone know about this family? A daughter was born in Säby in 1724 and they moved to Torpa in 1726 where more children were born. Anders may have been born in Torpa, but they were not married there. I need to trace them back from Säby to know for certain about his birth and would like to find out where they married, where she was born and when she died.
