Justin, I am doing research in the same area, and tried to find something for you. In Döderhult E:1 1835-1860 page 18 I found this:
4 mars 1842 Dräng Lars Persson ??? Maja Lisa Eriksdotter ??
There is a Sörvik about 2 km south from Döderhultsvik (later called Oskarshamn), but I am not able to see if Lars comes from that place. I think that the first letter looks like an E.

There are 2 places fairly similar to Sjokebäck; Kråkebäck (Mönsterås) and Klakebäck (Karlskrona). Kråkebäck is the closest - and there are no place called Sjokebäck or similar.
