Kay, according to the transcripts of the birth books from Bankeryd on the web page of the Genealogical Society of the Jönköping area, www.jbgf.just.nu, there is no Otto (Gust is probably either Gustav or August and Strom ought to be Ström if he used that name in Sweden) born in 1876 or 1877.
I also checked the CD Emigranten which covers most, but not all emigrants, but there is no Otto leaving Bankeryd parish.
