Ovansående sök har gett upphov till nya frågeställningar. Vem var Jonas Magnussons fader. Han föddes oä i Loftsryd 23 december 1811. Eftersom han fick efternamnet Magnusson är det väl troligt att fadern hette Magnus. Är det någon som har vetande eller synpunkter? Här kommer Karinas egen formulering på engelska.

I am trying to find out how my 3G grandfather Jonas Magnusson got his surname. He was the illegitimate son of Lisbeth Samuelsdotter (1774-1837) born in Loftsryd on 23 December 1811. I have found him in Loftsrd: from Genline - GID 815.9.110 (1812-1822), GID 815.10.424 (1823-1828), then in Froderyd: GID 1082.11.288 (1828-1829), GID 1082.11.258 and GID 1082.12.544 (up to 1833 when he then marries and moved to Karholmen at the age of 21.
His son Carl Magnus Jonasson is my 2G grandfather who immigrated to Australia in 1871.
