The information I have was from an archivist in Uppsala who answered a query on Dalarötter.He mentioned Algutsboda,Kalmar,Kronoberg,Smäland. He also said he was an odd-marshall.After marraige he must have stayed in Kopperberg,since that is where his children were born.If,as you say,there is no record of his birth I guess I had better look elsewhere.I have also seen this name spelled Hakvin,if that makes any difference.
