My apologies for writing in English. My Swedish is not good.
Three times Nils Hansson of Skoghuset appears as witness at the baptism of children of Ola Niclasson and Tyre Hansdotter in Stehag: 1) Hanna, baptised 1758-10-16 Stehag; 2) Elsa, baptised 1762-02-04 Stehag; 3) Niclas, baptised 1764-10-10 Stehag.
If I have read the records properly, Nils lived at Skoghuset. The green map shows Skoghus in the parish of Stehag. But Skoghus does not show up, so far as I can tell, as a place name in the Stehag parish registers 1740-1760.
I'd be grateful to anyone who can identify Skoghuset for me. Could it be in a neighboring parish?
