No doubt, this is the right family. But how should it be interpreted? The EMIBAS records are taken from the church records in Äsphult, but how are those created (on the bottom of Äsphult B:4 (1862-1877) Bild 9 / sid 11 (AID: v102337.b9.s11, NAD: SE/LLA/13500)). Did they actually got an attest May 8, 1865 and then started the travel, or is it a record created because they were missing in this parish, already on travel but required this attest? Is it possible to find shipping information about them?
As they were baptists, registering a child with the Swedish Church was not their first priority, which might explain why Olof is missing. How sure is his birth time?
Usually travellers was not registered in Göteborg, but a child born there should be registered, but difficult to find.
