Thank you very much for the information. Do you know if Nils Persson's mother was the unknown first wife or Sissa Svensdotter? If it is Sissa I will then research the Örkened records for her ancestors.
Does the mantalslängd around 1770 provide any clues to the parents of Per Svensson born in Hjärsås #17 about 1770? My farfars far was the Sven Nilsson born in 1826, my farfar was his son Per Svensson (Lindborg) born in Näsum Sept 12, 1857. My father was Axel Lindborg who immigrated to America in 1920 at age 18. Thank you again for helping me with information about my ancestors.
