Hi Martha,
It seems that Lars Rundelius came to Örebro from Mosjö in 1804, moving in to 162N (Örebro AI:12, s281; AI:13, s282; AI:14, s367). Does that help at all? When did your Lars leave Mosjö, and where to? You'd have to say that Löfgren is a more obvious choice of name for someone coming from Löfåsen than Rundelius, but of course it doesn't prove anything...
