My great-great grandfather, Anders Jonsson Selberg was born June 18, 1827 in Bondersbyn, Kalix, Norrbotten, the son of Jons Jonsson Selberg and Helena Jonsdotter. Anders married Wilhelmina Johansdotter Sjoberg on April 27, 1853. Their daughter, Mathilda, emigrated to the United States about 1880, where she married Per Alfred Hallstrom in Crookston, Minnesota. P. A. and Mathilda Hallstrom are my great grandparents. Several of Mathilda's siblings also emigrated to the States. Please visit my database at Rootsweb WorldConnect for more information.
