I told you earlier...Lars Olof Westman and Lars Olof Larsson (you make a mistake calling him Andersson) are NOT the same person. This is a fact, as they are listed on two different places in the same census. It is impossible that they are the same person. Lars Andersson is the father of Lars Olof Larsson and not the father of Lars Olof Westman. Someone misled you there. And remember that patronymics as 'Andersson' wasn't inherited by the son. The son got the the name Larsson, derived from his father's first name.
