They moved in from Jukkasjärvi on Oct 1 1924. And they actually moved out from Jukkasjärvi on the same date[1]. The moving-out record refers to the "församlingsbok": p 3183. The book is alphabetical on names, so it doesn't really say if Ida moved, but she was transferred from another page in 1919, so she was already living in the parish at the time of the marriage. 

There are three books covering marriages in Jukkasjärvi, and we don't know where Ida lived ... so, planning to look thru all of 'em 'til I find 'em, I start with EI:3, and there they are: marriage #23/1919[3].
