Torhult 2, the farm, starts on p 441 of that book, and has a number of farmer households without the "ft" mark. Johannesberg under Torhult 2, where the tailor with family lived, probably was either a "torp" (a croft) or a "backstuga" (a house on the farm, without access to farming land -- there's a Wikipedia article on the subject (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backstuga), read the paragraphs about the legal meaning -- it did not have to be on the side of a hill ...)
