The "census" of 1940 was conducted by the parishes making extracts from the church records (no-one went house to house and asked questions ...).
The extract you link to is from Karlstad domkyrkoförsamling, and in the left column is the page number -- 7426. The only complication is that AD hasn't filmed it -- so you have to go to Riksarkivet to find the original: Karlstads domkyrkoförsamlings kyrkoarkiv, Församlingsböcker, SE/VA/13273/A II a/19 (1934-1949), bildid: 00034487_00237 (https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00034487_00237), sida 7426
