Attached is an image taken from the household records for Myggenäs Uppergården, Valla parish on the island of Tjörn 1862-1872. This is a note written for Johan Andreasson, it is located on the right side of the page. I can see that he left for New York on 8 January 1872. I cannot make out any more of the message. In front of his name it says "sjöman" which I believe means sailor. I guess the message must be related to him being a sailor. Can anyone translate the rest of the message on lines 18 and 19?
