I don't read Dutch, but I can see that it says something about "Bootsman" and "Majisteits Corvet de Hyena".
Wahlgren is a boatsman's (båtsman) (https://www.diginpast.se/bmregister/index/special/acae00000.html) name in Asarum (https://www.diginpast.se/bmregister/asarum/index.html) parish outside the town Karlshamn. All boatsmen with the same number got the same name. So when one boatsman left the service, the one who replaced him got the same name. In other words it's not a family name.
