Ok, in 1839, Anders Gustav, b 1825-09-02 in Norberg, arrived with his mother Brita Stina and two siblings to Carlberg, Norberg parish[1]. There's no note that they moved out, so go look for them in the next book: they're in AI:12b, p 222[2]. There's a note that Anders Gustav moved to "W:fors" -- Västanfors -- in 1842. And indeed, there he is, in Hedkärra[3, 4], moves to Skrikbo in 1843[5], and back to Hedkärra in 1844[6]. Here it is noted that he moves to Norberg in 1845. So, this far I've just repeated your (nice) work :)
There're no moving in records for Norberg 1845, so either we have to go through the entire book (or books -- there are two of them), or we can scan marriage records, hoping for a hit; or we can go for the indexes: in this case BiS in AD. Best is to be not to specific: in this case I looked for someone with first name "A* G*", last name "A*", birth year 1825 (between 1825 and 1825 ...), and living in Norberg in Västman* county (this link (https://app.arkivdigital.se/register-collections/register-posts?birth_date_from=1825&birth_date_to=1825&first_name=A*%20G*&last_name=A*&location_county=V%C3%A4stman*&location_parish=Norberg®ister_collection=28) should give you a page with the same search set up).
The search returns 3 hits, two of which are an Anders Gustav Andersson born in Norberg in September. One of the hits is the one Ulla gave you -- where it is noted that he dies 1846-12-28[8] -- the other has him moving in from Västanfors 1845[7].
Note that both of the notes in the books has his birthdate as 1825-09-09, which has been indexed once as 1825-09-04, once as 1825-09-02 -- showing why you should not be too specific in your search parameters, at least not to start with ;)
