Titel: Help!

I've been researching for over 20 years, but am new to this parish and am having problems with a few things, especially the deciphering the spelling of names.
Could someone please tell me ALL the names listed for this family and translate the few notations beside them? I can't even read the surname.
I also have some questions about the column where it gives the location of birth. What is Nils' birthplace? I see several that were born at Ubbyn...but what does the rest say?
