There are no birthdates in the previous household examinations, just the persons ages. Here the priest has noted the exact birthdate for everyone. So he must have asked for a certficate from Skredsvik. And you can see similar notes on some other persons too.

And there is a blank space between "kyrkobok" and "död" (the 'hook' there is probably just a dot with a personal touch :) ). So "död" is written afterwards, and has nothing to do with Skredsvik.
