This corresponds with what I know: Wulf and Hoffstrom were pressganged in the Thames - with some other Swedes - and joined HMS Africa in Portsmouth later that month. They subsequently claimed their release under an Admiralty Order which precluded foreigners from serving i the (British) fleet. I can send your the other names, if you wish.
