It is most likely Plate. In the past it was common for a Priest to call women from the higher classes for Madame, Mademoiselle or sometime jungfru (virgin). I googled the name and found someone who claimed a Sara Plate was the wife of a Priest. Perhaps that is her? However sometimes the upper class found pleasure in visiting a baptism for common people but if you have found her in a later husförhör she was perhaps not a wife of a Priest.
