Titel: Help reading birth record

I am seeking help with the birth record of Nils Olofsson, Anundsjö kyrkoarkiv, Födelse- och dopböcker, SE/HLA/1010004/C/2 (1720-1753), Image ID: C0032607_00074, page 118 (attached). I can make out the name of his father, Olof Nilsson and the date of birth, 04 Dec, but am not able to make out much more than that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Brad
