Jöns and his wife, and the sons Hans and Gudmundh. But I can't tell what the word after Jöns is. It isn't present in the tax records for the years before and after this.
I see a family on the other page with the same note, and it seems to say "förp:". I don't know what that's short for, but it seems like either Jöns or his wife doesn't have to pay full taxes this year. One is noted in the first column and one in the third.
