The record says "Torpare under intakan". "Torpare" is "crofter", that's no problem, but the place name is a bit odd. It's not written with a capital I, and there is no record of such a place in Naglum. Intakan is a rather common name in this part of Sweden, it means land that has been taken into use. They surely lived on a croft somewhere, we just can't say exactly where.
