Titel: Leprosy Mystery?

It appears my great great aunt Karin or Katrina Ericsdotter or Ersdotter born 17 May 1813 in Hassela Parish, Gavleborg County, Sweden (Household Records say she was born in Ilbso Parish, but it is really Hassela Parish) was married to Sven Rost and he died in 1874. It looks to me like he died from leprosy (spetalska) and then in 1877 Katrina stops appearing on the Household Examination Record and there is a comment that I cannot understand.
