Hi!
On the first row it says she is a "fattighjon", meaning pauper, and I believe it says "vistas i Norge" (meaning she is somewhere in Norway). On the second row it reads: "Ej lärt sina barn läsa" meaning she hadn't taught her children to read.
Usually when someone moves out of the parish they would put a note in the margin of the book at what time they left, but that isn't the case here. So perhaps she just left.
