First off, this is not household records, but taxation records which may explain why they have caused you trouble. Taxation records are not actually part of parish archives, but for some parishes Arkiv Digital has extracted the taxation records (that can sometimes be rather difficult to find) for a number of years and combined them. The originals can be found in the archive "Kristianstads läns landskontor t o m ca 1900". The page you're on is from 1778, as indicated by the page number 1778, which remains the same for several pages.
The taxation record is not as detailed as household records; it tells us that Bodel Erlandsson has an unnamed wife, a son called Anders, a daughter called Elna and an "inhyses" woman called Hanna and three children too young to pay taxes living on his farm. These are all recorded in the columns and summed up in the far right column. The headers for the columns and the rest of the taxation records for the härad that year can be found in: Kristianstads läns landskontor t o m ca 1900 EIII:76 (1778-1778)
