Appears nothing online for free, birth record is found in the book of births, via subscription from http://www.arkivdigital.net/ Only says father was L.f. Rothk?rch, konstapel ,and lists some witnesses. Nothing about mother. Arkiv Digital has nothing like household examination rolls for that time.
