That part of my family has a lot of soldiers in it. Magnus Gadd was my 3rd great grandfather. Thank you for finding those details about Nils Roth. It looks like there are a lot more sources of information out there than I know about. They even give his height - 5' 8 is typical in my family. It's pretty amazing that kind of information still exists. And that's cool you can still see the place that they made the millstones that long ago too.
