Here parents moved to Örnaholm, where he made millstones (Gislaved AI:6, page 203/s.199)
Nils Svensson Roth, born March, 19, 1782, was a soldier from March 2, 1812 to May 26, 1819. Length 5 feet, 8 inch tall. He stopped as a soldier because of illnes. His wife Catharina, was daughter of soldier nr 818 Johan Stenberg. The daughter Maja Stina married the soldier Johannes Ny in Nygården. By the way, the place where he worked, where they were making the millstones still exists. You can see the remains in the ground in the wood, deep holes in the ground and some remains of millstones. My uncle told me about the place and I visited it not so long time ago.
