Titel: Söllfwerskeden ?

Did the 1699 court clerk misspell the word söllfwerskeden ? I am thinking it should read silfwerskeden, i.e., silver spoon. Or am I reading this incorrectly ? Also, can anyone read the first two words on the last line - looks like --ûfwen emotstagit Göta Hovrätt - Advokatfiskalen Kristianstads län EVIIAAAK:24 1697-1700)Bild 5330
