Jan! Do you have a copy of the Arbetsbetyg that may provide us with dates for Olof Edvard working with Alfred Linné and confirming that professional relation? Alfred Linné was born 1849 in Ryssby - so far I do not know if there is any connection to the scientists family; but at least this is the right part of Sweden. Hopefully your relatives had a nice trip to Chicago and learnt a lot about Linné and Sweden. Harriet
