Thanks for the additional info. I have one persisting question. On the birth record of one of olof and his wife Elin, his name is listed as Olof Edvard Olsson Linne'. He also has on his death certificate listed as father Alfred Linne' and mother Hanna Olsson. Where does the Linne' come from? Was he the third child of Hanna, but not Lars? I have been looking for answers for almost 20 years and have nothing that connects the name. Also his cousin is listed as Johan Borg, yet his wife is Elin Borg. My mother, who is deceased also spoke of a John Olsson as some company president in Stockhom, and another uncle who was a race driver. The more I dig, the more confused I become. ANY light you could shed on this puzzle would be GREATLY appreciated. Jan
