Hej,
Häradsdomare was an honorary title of the oldest “nämndeman” in a häradsrätt (district court of law).
A nämdemän is an appointed layman. Unlike an American juryman, a nämndeman actually is a member of the court and take an active part in the trial. Together with the judge they set the sentence. They also can ask questions to the prosecuted.
Chairman of a häradsrätt was the häradshövding. He was the only member in the häradsrätt with a law degree.

Båtsman was the Swedish name of a navy seamen provided by the Alloment System (Indelningsverket). The båtsmän was provided in the same manner as the soldiers in the Army, i.e. is through the rote farmers.
The båtsmän were deck hands doing all sorts of duties plus manning the guns during battle. Generally you could say that the båtsmän were low in rank and duties. It is difficult to find an English translation of the title Båtsman. They were a type of seamen serving onboard the Navy ships as explained above. The special thing about the båtsmän was the way they were provided - recruited - trained.
