Ken, Here what I can make out of it:
(Ölmstad Jönk Län EI:1/p103) Col 1: Ch. Sigill. 25 öre Bet. ( = Charta Sigillata 25 öre betalt ) A registration fee has been paid.
Col. 4 last line: Vigselakten för[rätta]des af [ name difficult to read ] The marriage ceremony was perfomed by ...
Col 5. Contrahenterna personl[igen] närvarande. Giftomans betyg lemnadt. Betyg från båda [illegible]. Both parties present (at the registration of their intended marriage to the local pastor). Written approval of the guardian of the bride. (A woman was not legally allowed to decide about her own marriage. She must have the consent of her father or other male relative.) The last sentence is hard to red, but it is another formality, that is in order.
